He responded immediately; he researched the tank we would need; gave us a quote that evening and arrived at 8 AM the next morning and installed the new hot water tank. Arrived on time, gave us sound advice about the issues we had, handled everything beautifully, and did a great job cleaning up. His explanations are always clear and easy to understand.
